Felix Kruse is a senior consultant and project manager at Hamburg Institut and mainly supports clients from industry and the building sector on their way to climate neutrality. His tasks include basic climate accounting for organisations (Corporate Carbon Footprint, CCF) and products (Product Carbon Footprint, PCF), potential analyses for emission reduction in all three scopes as well as the development of sound climate strategies and their effective implementation.
Before joining Hamburg Institut, the engineer worked for five years as a management consultant at Lischke Consult GmbH. Most recently, he worked as a team leader at cardioscan GmbH.
