Johanna Bollow is a consultant for climate neutrality. She prepares carbon footprints, climate risk analyses and water footprints for Hamburg Institut’s clients and customers, identifies reduction potential and develops decarbonisation strategies. One focus is on non-energy emissions, nature-based solutions and agri-PV. She also works with geographical information systems (GIS).
Professional experience & qualification
The geographer brings practical experience from her work as a research assistant and student employee. Johanna Bollow also worked as a student trainee in the field of municipal climate protection and was most recently a consultant at the Institute Climate Change and Security and the City of Hamburg. After her bachelor’s degree in geography, she completed a master’s degree in “Global Transformations and Environmental Change” specialising in socio-economic and ecological change processes at the University of Hamburg.
